The concept is self aware without being cringe and some of the shots? AMAZING. That long open space take man it breaths.. it felt earned, not just flexed.
The composition show clear intention, especially as a student project, moments where the camera actually knows what it wants.
Acting lands most of the time but occasionally slips, you feel the performance in a few moments, not in a good way.
Dialogues is well written, natural. But the audio mix kills the momentum. Background noise jumps between the cuts, making conversations feel stitched instead of flowing. Technical hiccpu, but a noticeable one.
Still the film has energy, taste. Its a student film, yes. But it knows whats it trying to be and for that alone it deserves your time
